Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • garlic fresh
  • 1/2 c rice
  • carrots
  • potatoes
  • zuchini
  • cilantro
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • tomato bouillon

Directions

  1. debone chicken

  2. boil chicken, salt, onion, garlic, and rice,bouillon

  3. when chicken is almost done add carrots, potatoes, zuchini, cilantro

  4. when almost done add garbanzos

  5. Serve with tortillas, salsa, and limes.
