Ingredients

  • 44 lbs of pork meat - pork roast
  • 1 lb pork lard
  • 1.5 lb chili red
  • 3 lb "tomato fresdilla
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 head of garlic
  • 12 bay leafs
  • 1 tsp oregano

Directions

  1. Heat the lard

  2. Brown the cubed meat

  3. burn the pepper and take off skin

  4. blend chili, garlic, oregano, tomato

  5. empty this into the meat
