Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 Potatoes
  • 1/4 large onion
  • 1 stick celery (or better - celery leaves)
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 to 1 can carnation evaporated milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 stick margarine
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes into small bit size pieces

  2. cut up celery or celery leaves

  3. dice up one small carrot

  4. Place all in pot with just enough water to cover

  5. cook until the potatoes are almost done

  6. pour in 1/2 to 1 can carnation evaporated milk

  7. add margarine

  8. salt and pepper to taste
