Enpanada dough

Ingredients

  • 8 c flour
  • 2 1/2 c sugar
  • 3 large ladels spoons of shortening
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Directions

  1. cream sugar and shortening by hand

  2. add flour

  3. add about 2 c of water until it forms a ball

  4. knead ball of dough well

  5. let set for 15 minutes
