Alaska Surimi Seafood Dipping Sauce Trio

Ingredients

  • 12 to 16 oz. Alaska Surimi Seafood
  • Asian
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Americana:
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. creamy horseradish
  • 1 tsp. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Southwest:
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. capers
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions

  1. Arrange Alaska Surimi Seafood on serving platter; serve with the three sauces.
  2. For each dip, blend all ingredients; cover until serving. Refrigerate Southwest dip until serving.
