Almond Bisque

Ingredients

  • 22 marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/2 pint cream, whipped
  • Graham cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Melt marshmallows in milk. Cool quickly in ice
  2. water. Add almond extract. Fold in whipped cream. Spread Graham cracker crumbs very thinly in pan. Pour in mixture and cover with light sprinkling of crumbs. Freeze overnight. Slice and serve with whipped cream and cherry.
