Caramel Corn (Microwave)

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 qt. popped corn
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 c corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Combine all except popcorn, stir well.

  2. Microwave to a boil.

  3. Remove, add 1/2 tsp soda.

  4. Mix until mix thickens and rises.

  5. Spray grocery bag with cooking spray.

  6. Place popcorn in bag and sprinkle with mix.

  7. Shake well.

  8. Microwave 1 minute.

  9. Shake and microwave 1 minutes again.

  10. Shake an microwave 30 seconds – 2 times.

  11. Cool outside of the bag.
