Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c dark corn syrup
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

  1. Mix together eggs (slightly beaten), corn syrup, sugar, salt and vanilla.

  2. Add pecans.

  3. Bake at 424 for 10 minutes.

  4. duce heat to 350.

  5. Bake 35-45 minutes more, until firm.
