Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. diced pimentos
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. any pickle juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir vigorously with a fork until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  2. makes about 1 1/2 cups
