Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions
- Combine sugars, margarine and oil. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in vanilla. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Drop small balls of dough on cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
