Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Great for a party. Very tasty.

Cook time: 480 minutes
Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • 4-5 lb. pork butt roast
  • 1T Liquid smoke
  • Favorite barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Place in crockpot with a Tablespoon of liquid smoke and 1/3 cup bbq sauce.

  2. Cook 8 -10 hours on low.

  3. Drain liquid off.

  4. Separate meat with a fork and add warm bbq sauce to taste.

  5. Serve on toasted buns.
