Angel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, soft

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into saucepan and cook over low heat until mixture coats spoon. Cool and serve over angel food cake or fruit cup.

  2. makes 1 1/2 cups
