Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup finely chopped dried apricots
- 2 cups granola-type cereal with raisins
- 1/2 cup of cereal, crushed
Directions
- Combine and blend butter, corn syrup, water and vanilla. Add apricots, and cereal. Knead with hands until well mixed.
- Moisten hands with cold water and shape mixture in 1 inch balls. Roll in crushed cereal.
