Arcola’s Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 small onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lemons, juiced and rind grated
  • 3 lb. ground beef or ground round
  • 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients and shape into small balls. Store in the freezer.

  2. Bake frozen at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes.
