Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 scallions, cut in chunks
  • 1 small clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 can (14oz.) artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained

Directions

  1. Process sour cream, Parmesan cheese, scallions and garlic in a food processor or blender until blended. Add artichokes and process just until finely chopped.

  2. makes 1 3/4 cups
