Artichoke Dip for Round Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 large round loaf of bread
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
  • green onion tops chopped

Directions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in butter. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Remove top of bread, scoop out center and add mixture. Place top back on bread. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Best served warm with crackers or bread.
