Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c water
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 2 t oregano
- 8 pita breads
- Sliced tomato
- Sliced onion
- Chopped lettuce
- Tzatziki:
- 1 c yogurt
- 5 T sour cream
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 1/4 c finely chopped cucumber
- 1/4 c finely chopped onion

Mix lamb burger ingredients and grill or saute until med rare. Serve in pita bread, topped with raw veggies and tzatziki.
