Cucumber Crisps

A nice crisp quick pickle

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 cucumbers
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar

Directions

  1. Slice cucumbers very thin ad place in a quart jar, add sugar and vinegar and shake well.

  2. Place in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days. Shake jar several times each day. Cucumbers will curl and be very crisp.
