Alouette Canapes

Ingredients

  • 6.5 oz. pkg. Alouette Garlic et herbes Classique (or other flavor)
  • 1 cucumber (seedless if available)
  • 1 loaf cocktail bread
  • 3.5 oz. jar red caviar (or 12 cup red bell pepper finely diced)
  • Capers, fresh parsley or chervil

Directions

  1. Slice cucumber thinly. Place slices on paper towel for 115 minutes to absorb excess moisture.

  2. Using small cookie or canapé cutter, cut bread to desired shapes and toast. Spoon Alouette onto each canapé and top with caviar. Garnish, with capers and parsley.

  3. makes about 20 canapes
