Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Haas avocados, pitted, peeled, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine avocados, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper; process until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a small bowl and fold in sour cream. Serve immediately.
