Roasted Jalapeno Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 jalapenos, roasted (see tips)
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, leaves and stems
  • 1/4 small red or white onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 green onions, ends trimmed and roughly chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the peppers, cilantro, onions and lime juice. Process to desired texture. Season to taste with salt, pepper and additional lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
