  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • Dash of pepper
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups cream-style cottage cheese

  3. Drain on paper towels; dip each tortilla in enchilada sauce.
