Ingredients
- Place corned beef in dish with some beef broth on bottom, fat side up
- Rub with lots of regular mustard-
- Bake 325 with lid at least 1 hr /lb. Last 20 min add topping and cook with lid off
- Topping: brown sugar mixture with cloves, etc and finish cooking with lid off
