Shredded beef barbecue

Ingredients

  • 3 # roast beef
  • Dry onion soup mex
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 med onion- diced
  • 1/4 C vinegar
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 2 T worchestershire
  • 1/4 t gr cinnamon
  • 1mt paprika
  • 1/4 pepper
  • 1 t chili powder
  • 1/8 t gr cloves
  • all reserved beef juices
  • ketchup ?

Directions

  1. Sprinkle roast with 1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix at 325 for 3-4 hrs

  2. mix remaining ingredients and add to shredded beef and it’s juices.

  3. Cook 15 minutes in dutch oven to marry flavors
