Ham- Fresh ham, marinated and baked

Ingredients

  • Fresh ham
  • garlic cloves
  • orange sauce
  • mojo sauce
  • Baking bag

Directions

  1. Poke holes in fresh ham and add pieces of garlic

  2. Place in cooking bag

  3. add orange sauce and mojo sauce

  4. Refrigerate over night

  5. In AM place ham in bag in a broiler pan.

  6. Poke holes in top of bag

  7. Heat oven to 375 deg, place ham in oven and turn temp down to 300deg

  8. Cook all day

  9. Shred and add some of juices

  10. Serve with yellow rice, black beans, diced onion with white vinegar
