  • Pork Ribs
  • Rub
  • Sauce

Directions

  1. Rub pork ribs with rub, cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 or so hrs.

  2. Bake 2-2 1/2 hrs, 325 deg

  3. Then apply sauce and cook uncovered 30-45 min more.

  4. Length of time ribs cook before sauced depends on cut of pork ribs

  5. Baby back ribs are less
  6. larger thicker ribs are 2 1/2 hrs
