Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Baked Potatoes- still warm
  • Save shells to refill
  • Potato pulp
  • butter
  • salt/pepper
  • cream cheese
  • sour cream
  • cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • pimento diced (opt)
  • parsley to top potato
  • Bacon Bits

Directions

  1. Mix together potato pulp and butter etc (I use hand potato masher)

  2. Do not mix in parsley or bacon bits

  3. Refill potato skin 1/2s and can top with light sprinkle of parsley and Bacon bits

  4. Bake 350 for 20-25 min
