Yummy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 small can chopped ripe black olives, drained
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash, original blend
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, discard stems
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

  1. In medium size glass bowl; blend sour cream, mayonnaise and ranch dressing mix. Add seasoned salt, pepper, cilantro and Parmesan cheese. Stir lightly to mix. Fold in red bell pepper, ripe olives and spinach. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash on top, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least one hour or overnight.

  2. Serve with Wheat Thin crackers or fresh veggies.
