Homemade Pita Chips

Easy! So much cheaper and so much tastier than store-bought!

Ingredients

  • Pita bread
  • 1/2 c extra virgin Oilve Oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Spike seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F

  2. Whisk oil, garlic and Spike seasoning

  3. Cut pitas in half, (do not separate), brush one side with oil mixture

  4. Stack pitas and cut into triangles

  5. Spread in one layer on baking sheet.

  6. Bake until brown and crispy about 20 min.
