Apple- Shrimp Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, quartered and thinly sliced
  • 1 large apple, cored, cut in eighths and thinly sliced
  • 1 can (4 1/2 oz.) shrimps, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Swiss- cheese strips
  • 6 lettuce cups (optional)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup dairy sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • Prepared horseradish to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley sprigs

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients, toss lightly and divide in 6 individual serving dishes or into 6 lettuce cups.

  2. Combine and mix well next 4 ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon dressing on salad and garnish each serving with parsley sprig.
