Ingredients
- 2 cans diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 3 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup salad dressing such as Miracle Whip (not mayonnaise)
Directions

In a saucepan over medium heart, combine Ro-Tel tomatoes, milk, gelatin and cream cheese; heat, stirring, until cheese is melted.

Fold in red and green bell pepper, celery, onion, pecans and salad dressing. Chill over night.

Serve with potato chips, corn chips or crackers.
