Ingredients
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 7 bananas sliced lengthwise
- 2 large cans crushed pineapple
- large carton of cool whip
- nuts and cherries
Directions

Melt 3/4 stick margarine and mix with graham cracker crumbs in a 9 × 13 pan. Beat together: 3 c. powdered sugar, 2 sticks margarine, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp. vanilla – 2 to 5 min. Spread over crumbs. Slice 7 bananas lengthwise on top. Drain 2 large cans crushed pineapple. Pour over bananas. Spread one large carton of cool whip on top and garnish with nuts and cherries. Chill and serve.
