Artichoke Hearts with Wild Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) wild rice mix
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

  1. Cook contents of ricr and seasoning packets in water according to package directions, omitting butter.

  2. Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions; drain well. Melt butter and combine with lemon juice.

  3. Add artichoke hearts to hot cooked rice. Pour lemon butter over rice and artichokes and mix lightly. Serve immediately.
