Anchovy Dip for Raw Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped watercress
  • 1 can (2 oz.) rolled anchovies with capers
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Chill. Serve with raw vegetables such as radishes, celery and carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, broccoli flowerets or thinly sliced zucchini.
