Antipasto on a Stick

Ingredients

  • 1 can of black olives and/ or green olives, drained
  • 1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms
  • mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • sliced carrots
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. mixed broccoli and cauliflower
  • 1 bottle prepared Italian salad dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • wooden skewers 8-inches long

Directions

  1. Skewer the veggies and the cheese in whatever order you prefer. Put the veggie skewers into a wide- mouth mason jar or glass and add the salad dressing to cover the vegetables.

  2. Marinate several hours or overnight. Drain on a paper towel before serving.

  3. Serving suggestion: Cut a small head of cabbage in half, lay the cut side down in a plate, and insert the skewers into the cabbage.
