Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1 T yeast
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1-1 1/4 cup warm water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and knead about 5 minutes.

  2. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  3. Divide into 2 balls.

  4. Roll out and put each on a stone.

  5. Let rise another 10-15 minutes.
