Pie Crust – Double

Ingredients

  • 2 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 6-7 T cold water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Mix flour and salt.

  2. Cut in shortening.

  3. Sprinkle with 1 T water and toss with a fork.

  4. Repeat.

  5. Roll two 12-inch circles.
