Pecan Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 egg- beat but not too stiff
  • 1 pinch salt added to egg
  • 1 C brown sugar, added to above slowly
  • fold in 1 1/2 C chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Grease pan lightly

  2. Bake 250 degrees for 30 minutes

  3. Let set a short time before moving
