Ingredients
- 60 Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 2 T sugar and
- 1 stick melted butter
- combine all above and put into 9X13 pan--saving some for topping********
- 1/2 gal softened ice cream
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 2 pkgs instant pudding
- Mix these 3 ingredients together and pour over crust
- Top with cool whip and sprinkle with remaining crumbs

If use cocoanut, butter scotch, choc or any pudding, try to use matching ice cream
