Creamed Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pint tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. half and half cream
  • 1 tsp. of olive oil
  • 1 tsp. celery powder
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Blend tomato sauce with celery and garlic powder. Add cream and olive oil. Heat on low. Do Not Boil. Divide between 2 bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
