Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix (no pudding in mix)
  • 1-3oz instant pistachio pudding mix
  • Sugar, chopped pecans, cinnamon and cardamom-MAKE LOTS OF THIS MIXTURE

Directions

  1. Grease and flour angel food cake pan

  2. Prepare cake mix according to directions, adding the box of pistachio pudding dry mix

  3. Put half of cake batter in pan, lots of sugar, cinnamon etc mixture

  4. Then top with other half of prepared cake mix and remainder of sugar, cinnamon etc

  5. Bake according to cake directions and/ or until done

  6. Remove center of angel food pan with baked cake in it. To remove after cake is thoroughly cool, cut around center hole of pan and the bottom to place on dish
