Chicken salad with noodles

Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breast- cut into thinner strips
  • Italian drsg to marinate chicken
  • 3 T olive oil to saute chicken
  • salt/pepper/dash paprika
  • Noodles-no more 16 oz- cooked in chicken broth and any other seasoning
  • Sauce
  • 2 C mayo
  • 1/2 -3/4 C chopped scallions
  • 1/4 C fresh parsley=chopped
  • 1/4 C fresh basil-chopped (I added more)
  • Salt/peppeer
  • Frozen peas
  • Roasted red pepper-diced
  • Combine and chill 3 hours or overnight
