Ingredients

• Cut recipe in half
• 8 C flour
• 7 t baking powder
• pinch salt
• Above all sifted together
• 2 t vanilla
• 1 1/2 C sugar
• 6 eggs, beaten
• 1 stick buttery Crisco
• 1 stick butter, softened

Directions

1. Cream butter, sugar etc

2. Add gradually dry ingredients

3. Chill

4. To make cookies

5. Take some dough between palms and rub together tgo make dough into a long strand that is larger in diameter than a pencil

6. Cur and shape cookie into candy canes, wreaths, etcc

7. Bake325 convection or 350 conventional oven for 15 minutes

8. Icing for 1/2 dough recipe

9. 1 1/2-1 3/4 C powdered sugar

10. 1/2 stick butter

11. 1/2 t vanilla

12. 2 T milk or amount until reach desired consistency
