Basic Crepes

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.

  3. Heat skillet over medium heat until a drop of water sizzles.

  4. Grease pan lightly.

  5. Pour about 3 T of batter into pan, tilting pan to spread batter evenly.

  6. When crepe is light brown and set, turn to brown other side.

  7. Remove from pan

  8. About 14 crepes.
