Apple Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Nasoya Egg Roll wraps
  • 1 (12 oz.) can apple pie filling
  • 4 oz. room temperature water
  • 1/2 stick melted (warmed) whole sweet butter, optional
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place wraps flat on a clean, dry cutting board so the wrap is in the shape of a diamond.

  2. Place 1 level tablespoon of apple filling in the center of the wrap.

  3. Dip finger in water and rub all four edges of the wrap. Fold both sides in and roll the wrap from bottom to top to form the roll.

  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until light golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and brush with butter. Sprinkle with confectionery sugar, cinnamon and a tiny pinch of nutmeg.

  6. makes about 20 rolls
