Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine dry ingredients then rub onto pork until thoroughly covered, then let sit for 15 minutes.

  3. In a medium skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add pork, browning on all sides.

  4. Place pork in baking pan and cook for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees. Turn pork occasionally to prevent rub from burning and turning bitter.
