Roasted Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 cups walnut halves
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. orange or lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place nuts on a cookie sheet and roast for 5 to 10 minutes or until fragrant.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the spices and oil together.

  4. Place nuts in mixing bowl then drizzle spices and gently toss mixture.
