Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 7 or 8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Lowry's Seasoned Salt

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and butter, and add to potatoes.

  2. Mix well with electric mixer. Pour into buttered 9 × 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle top lightly with Lowry’s Seasoned Salt.

  3. Cook in oven at 350 degrees until hot.
