Blueberry Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients

  • 8 0z cream cheese
  • 12 slices white bread
  • 1 12 C blueberries
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 C milk
  • 1/3 C maple syrup

Directions

  1. Grease 9X13

  2. Thickly spread cream cheese on 6 slices bread and place bread in pan

  3. Put on blueberries

  4. Cube remaining bread and put on top of blueberries

  5. In large bowl combine eggs, milk and syrup

  6. Pour over and refrigerate overnight

  7. Bake covered 25 minutes

  8. Remove foil and bake 20 minutes more

  9. Serve with syrup
