Crab Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb bacon crumbled
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1/2 lb swiss cheese-grated
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 T flour 1 1/2 C milk or cream
  • dash nutmeg and cayenne
  • 1 crust-uncooked-put crust in metal pie tin

Directions

  1. Bake 400 deg until set-45 min-1 hour
